BiographyConnie M. Chung, M.D. Ph.D. is a board-certified dermatologist who is a Clinical Associate at Massachusetts General Hospital and a Clinical Instructor In Dermatology at Harvard Medical School.  Dr. Chung graduated from Cornell University, and received her medical degree (M.D.) and Ph.D. from Boston University School of Medicine. She did her medical internship at Yale New Haven Hospital in internal medicine.  Afterwards, she completed a residency in dermatology at Virginia Commonwealth University Health Sciences.

Dr. Chung's Ph.D post-doctoral research focuses strongly on biophysics and protein structure.  In addition to general dermatology, her clinical interests are photodermatoses (skin conditions caused by exposure to sunlight), and skin cancer.
