Chelsea Health Center offers new support groups for our patients who are participating in or completed our Diabetes Self Management Education Program.
Support Groups are held monthly and offered in English and Spanish.
The groups are held in a welcoming and private environment that will let you discuss your concerns with a group moderator and other patients with diabetes. Food and refreshments are provided.
