Revere HealthCare Center offers new support groups for our patients who are participating in or completed any MGH Diabetes Self Management Education Program.
Support Groups are held monthly and offered in English.
The groups are held in a welcoming and private environment that will let you discuss your concerns with a group moderator and other patients with diabetes. Food and refreshments are provided.
All groups meet from 10:00-11:00am and are held in the Sweet Conference Room on the 1st Floor of the health center.
