About Us
The DSME program at the Revere Health Center consists of an individual visit with a diabetes educator and patients may decide to participate in a series of group education sessions facilitated by a diabetes educator. Patients are encouraged to bring a family member or friend for support.

Our Programs
Diabetes Self Management Education classes are offered for patients diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.
The Diabetes Self Management Education program at the Revere HealthCare Center has been Recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Self-Management Education.
