About Us
The DSME program at the Women's Health Associates begins with a comprehensive individual visit with a diabetes nurse educator. Participants may then proceed to a series of group education sessions or one-on-one visits facilitated by a diabetes educator. Patients are encouraged to bring a family member or friend for support.
