Three physicians in the MGH Department of Dermatology – David Fisher, MD, PhD, chief of the department, Ernesto Gonzalez, MD, and Joseph Kvedar, MD – received presidential citations Feb. 4 during the American Academy of Dermatology Meeting in New Orleans. In addition, Lynn Drake, MD, was awarded the Wilma Bergfeld Visionary and Leadership Award, which recognizes a nationally renowned dermatologist who has been a trailblazer for women in the field. The award has only been given four times since its establishment in 2000.
