Welcome to the website for students participating in the Emergency Medicine clerkship at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital. We are pleased to have you spend time with us in the ED, and hope you find the experience rewarding. The material on this website is intended to provide insight as to what will be expected of you (and of us) during your month here.

The goals of the rotation are 1) to provide a clinically rich educational experience using the broad-based patient population of the MGH ED, and 2) to expose students to the evaluation and management approach that characterizes Emergency Medicine.
