The Office for Women’s Careers facilitates the career advancement of women faculty at Massachusetts General Hospital.

The Massachusetts General Hospital Office for Women’s Careers aims to increase the number of women faculty promoted by academic criteria, increase women faculty in leadership positions, increase retention of women faculty and increase job satisfaction. Its advisory board, the Women in Academic Medicine Committee, was formed at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1993 and meets quarterly.
