Visting Mass General
If you have a cough or fever and need to be seen at Massachusetts General Hospital, please call your provider ahead to let his/her office know you have these symptoms.
Upon arriving to Mass General please obtain a face mask at the nearest information or front desk and follow the guidelines below during your time at the hospital.
- Wear a mask at all times
- Use tissues and cover your mouth when coughing or sneezing or cough into your upper sleeve
- Discard tissues into trash
- Wash your hands with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand rub to clean your hands
