Fox Hill Village Continuing Care Retirement Community
Mass General Senior Health maintains a sister site called the Wellness Center at Fox Hill Village Continuing Care Retirement Commuity in Westwood, MA. The team includes two MD's, a Nurse Practitioner, a Social Worker and an Administrator. The service is for those residents of Fox Hill Village.
Senior HealthWISE
Mass General Senior HealthWISE is included within the umbrella of the Mass General Geriatric Medicine Unit. It is a community outreach program to educate and promote the well-being of older adults in neighborhoods around Mass General.
