Driving Directions - From the North
Via I-93 by Way of the Leverett Connector
- Take I-93 south to Exit 26 (Storrow Drive/Cambridge)
- Follow signs to Storrow Drive (stay left)
- Take Storrow Drive west to Government Center exit (left exit)
- At end of ramp, yield to crossing traffic at flashing traffic signal, then proceed straight
- Turn left onto Cambridge Street at traffic signal
- Follow Cambridge Street straight and at your fourth set of lights turn left onto Staniford Street
- 3 Longfellow Place is on your left before you reach your first set of lights, turn left into the circular drive


Driving Directions - From the South
Via I-93 by way of Storrow Drive
- Take I-93 north to Exit 26 (Storrow Drive)
- Follow signs to Storrow Drive (stay right)
- Take Storrow Drive west to Government Center exit (left exit)
- At end of ramp, yield to crossing traffic at flashing traffic signal, then proceed straight
- Turn left onto Cambridge Street at traffic signal
- Follow Cambridge Street straight and at your fourth set of lights turn left onto Staniford Street
- 3 Longfellow Place is on your left before you reach your first set of lights, turn left into the circular drive


Driving Directions - From the West
Via the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) by Way of Storrow Drive
- Take I-90 east to Exit 18 (Brighton/Cambridge)
- Follow signs to Cambridge/Somerville
- Turn right onto Storrow Drive eastbound to Downtown Boston
- Take Storrow Drive east to Government Center exit
- Follow signs to Downtown/Government Center (Cambridge Street)
- Follow Cambridge Street straight and at your fourth set of lights turn left onto Staniford Street
- 3 Longfellow Place is on your left before you reach your first set of lights, turn left into the circular drive


By Subway - the "T" or MBTA
In Boston, the subway system is known as the MBTA (Mass Bay Transit Authority), commonly called the " T ."
The T comprises four lines, each known by a color:
The easiest line to MGH/3 Longfellow Place is the Red Line, Charles Street/MGH station. Please note that this station is not currently handicap accessible. The Orange and Green Line, North Station T-stops are the nearest handicap accessible stop. There is a free Partners shuttle bus that runs from these North Station MBTA stations to MGH.
Directions to the Charles Street/MGH Station - and then to MGH
- Take the Alewife-bound Red Line train to Charles Street/MGH Station
- Follow exit signs to MGH
- Follow Cambridge Street until you reach your fourth set of lights
- Turn left onto Staniford Street and just beyond Tedeschi's market, turn left into 3 Longfellow Place


Getting from Logan Airport to 3 Longfellow Place by Automobile
- Follow the main exit road through the airport to Route 1A south
- Take Route 1A south through the Sumner Tunnel
- Follow signs to Storrow Drive (stay in right lane)
- Take Storrow Drive west to Government Center exit (left exit)
- At end of ramp, yield to crossing traffic at flashing traffic signal, then proceed straight
- Turn left onto Cambridge Street at traffic signal
- Follow Cambridge Street straight and at your fourth set of lights turn left onto Staniford Street
- 3 Longfellow Place is on your left before you reach your first set of lights, turn left into the circular drive


Getting from Logan Airport to 3 Longfellow Place by Subway: Monday through Friday
- Take the Bowdoin-bound Blue Line (which is "inbound")
- Take the 5th stop - the last stop - Bowdoin
- From the Bowdoin Stop, you will exit onto Cambridge Street
- Head north on Cambridge Street (a Dunkin' Donuts will be on your left, on the opposite side of the street)
- Turn right onto Staniford Street
- 3 Longfellow Place is on your left just beyond Tedeschi's market, turn left into the circular drive


Alternate Parking Options
- 50 - 60 Staniford Street: in the garage under the building, enter from Staniford Street
- Charles River Plaza: in the garage under the building, enter from Cambridge Street
