Optimizing women's health at midlife requires an understanding of a wide range of medical specialties. In this course, a multidisciplinary group of experts from the Midlife Women's Health Center at Massachusetts General Hospital will present on cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, obesity, breast cancer, menopausal symptoms, urinary incontinence, skin aging, sleep and stress management.

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to evaluate and counsel women regarding risk reduction and treatment options related to important health concerns at midlife, including cardiovascular disease, obesity, osteoporosis, skin aging and cancer, breast cancer, urinary incontinence, sleep disorders and stress.
