

A clinical cardiologist with sub-speciality interests in echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. His academic focus is teaching and he directs the electrocardiography and cardiac physical examination courses for Harvard Medical students at MGH.

BiographyDr. Gregory is a native of Tennessee and attended the University of Alabama on an academic scholarship. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with majors in Biological Sciences and History in 1994. He then went on to graduate from the University of Virginia School of Medicine where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. Dr. Gregory completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Alabama Hospitals where he subsequently served as Chief Medical Resident and Instructor of Medicine.
Dr. Gregory was recruited to the MGH in 2002 and completed cardiology, nuclear cardiology, and NIH funded research fellowships. Dr. Gregory joined the staff of the cardiology division in 2006. He has an active clinical practice and serves as a staff echocardiographer and nuclear cardiologist as well. His research interests include topics in clinical cardiology, cardiac imaging, and education. He directs courses on cardiac physical examination and electrocardiography for Harvard Medical School and has lectured at several conferences and meetings in the US and abroad.
