Step 1: Register as a Patient

If you have not previously seen a doctor at Mass General or within the Partners HealthCare network, please call the Mass General Registration & Referral Center to register.

Step 2: Request an Appointment

If your doctor has given you a written exam request, call one of our locations directly or call our Central Scheduling Office between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday:

An order from your doctor is required for all imaging exams and procedures except for screening mammograms.
