The Division of Neuroradiology provides a full complement of advanced neuroimaging techniques to foster the health of the central nervous system.
The mission of the division is to protect and foster the health of the central nervous system of our patients through the judicious application of imaging technology. The division's goals are to continually enhance diagnostic accuracy and to develop novel therapies through a commitment to scientific research and the education of students, residents, fellows and practitioners.
Division Radiologists
The division has 12 dedicated neuroradiologists— internationally recognized experts on diseases and injuries of the brain, head, neck and spine. The group is recognized for cutting-edge research into advanced neuroimaging techniques and works with the latest imaging technologies, such as intraoperative MRI and CT, to improve patient care.

Research
Members of the division conduct scientific research on advanced imaging techniques to improve detection of neurological diseases including stroke, Alzheimer's disease and brain tumors. Members of the division also provide image interpretation for clinical trials through the Mass General Radiology Clinical Trials Program.
