Biography
Dr. Cohen is a neurologist and neuroradiologist at MGH where he is the Neurology Inpatient Medical Director. He is originally from Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan. He earned his medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Dr. Cohen did his internal medicine internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and residency at Brigham & Women's Hospital and MGH. He completed clinical fellowships in neuro-ophthalmology and neuroradiology at Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary and Brigham & Women's Hospital, respectively.
Dr. Cohen's clinical practice focuses on Neuro-Ophthamology, General Neurology, and Neuroradiology. His academic interests focus on the efficient delivery of specialty care and the strategies to best achieve it, including innovative approaches using information technology.
Research
Dr. Cohen investigates means to specialty deliver care more efficiently and effectively. Currently, he is developing an interface that connects referring and consulting physicians in order to better care for their patients.
