Biography

Dr. Nina Meyersohn is an attending radiologist in the Division of Cardiovascular Imaging within the Department of Radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is an Instructor in Radiology at Harvard Medical School and is the Associate Program Director of the MGH Advanced Imaging Fellowship in Cardiovascular Imaging. She is board-certified in Diagnostic Radiology through the American Board of Radiology. Nina completed her medical school training at Harvard Medical School and her clinical residency training as well as subspecialty advanced fellowship training at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is involved in ongoing research through the Cardiac MR PET CT Program including large multicenter trials such as the PROMISE and REPRIEVE trials, as well as multiple additional interdisciplinary projects in cardiac CT and MRI with the radiation oncology department and the emergency department. Nina has a particular interest in medical education and in addition to serving as Associate Program Director, she serves as the divisional representative to the department Education Committee, regularly teaches Harvard Medical students through the Principal Clinical Experience Core Clerkship in Radiology, and teaches a Harvard College undergraduate course on health policy and health delivery systems. Nina was awarded the 2016 Valerie P. Jackson Education Fellowship from the American College of Radiology which she utilized to develop an interactive cardiovascular CT radiation safety case study published through the ACR Image Wisely program.
