The MGH 3D Imaging Service provides 3D processing services to other hospitals and imaging centers through our Tele3D service.
Tele3D Overview
While 3D Imaging has become an integral part of radiology, and is a billing compliance requirement for exams such as CTA, many hospitals and imaging centers do not have the infrastructure or trained 3D technologists with expertise to provide a consistent and clinically useful 3D service in-house.
Tele3D's expertise is based on over 13 years of experience generating nearly 300,000 exquisitely detailed and comprehensive 3D workups that meet the highest clinical and academic quality standards.
Our team is committed to staying current on both computer technology and advanced clinical applications in order to bring radiologists, technologists and referring physicians the most sophisticated clinical imaging service available to enhance patient care.
Tele3D's 3D workups are based on nearly 45 3D Protocols developed at Massachusetts General Hospital. The 3D protocols were developed over 13 years by radiologists and clinicians with expertise in the various divisions (neuro, GI/GI, vascular, cardiac, etc.). In addition to providing 3D imaging service to MGH and its associated imaging centers, we provide 3D processing for 6 outside hospitals in 3 states through our Tele3D Service.
