As part of the Partners International Program, Mass General's International Patient Center is a full-service office that assists international patients and referring physicians looking for a consultation, a second opinion or treatment for a complex illness. The Mass General International Patient Center staff makes it easy to receive care by coordinating the following medical and personal needs for you prior to your arrival and during your stay:
- Appointment scheduling with Mass General physicians
- Coordination of the admissions process
- Interpretation services in several languages
- Transportation arrangements, including airport pickup and ground or air ambulance services to Mass General
- Long and short-term lodging arrangements for patients and their families
- Deluxe accommodations available at the hospital's Phillips House
- Specially prepared meals upon request
- Concierge services upon request
- Assistance with financial arrangements including advance estimates for fees, deposits and payments
