Patients and family members

Call us at 617-726-6966/VP 857-366-4210 whenever you need to:

  • Make, confirm or cancel an appointment
  • Request a medical Interpreter
  • Talk to your provider
  • Find out information about a family member admitted to Mass General
  • Request CART services

The Interpreter Services Department office is staffed:

Monday-Friday 7am to 8 pm
Saturday-Sunday 8am to 6:30pm

Other resources for patients and families who are deaf and hard of hearing

There are two public videophones (VPs). One is in the White Lobby; the other is in the Blum Center.  There is a public TTY in the White corridor as well.

If admitted, you can request a portable videophone or a TTY to be delivered to the bedside.

Parking

There is parking available to patients and visitors in three garages with entrances on Fruit Street, Parkman Street and below the Yawkey building. You can validate your parking ticket at the parking garage to get a reduced rate.

Hospital shuttle
