MGH Residency Programs
Residents and Fellows: Mass General Employees are MGH's greatest assets. CDI works closely with all residency training programs to help build and develop a vibrant community of talented diverse residents and fellows at MGH.

CDI has worked closely with many departments to design mentorship and career development programs for URM housestaff during their training at MGH. CDI also sponsors welcoming receptions and networking events to help build a sense of community within MGH. CDI has a staff person - a manager of trainee affairs - dedicated to providing career guidance to residents and fellows while at MGH.
Career Development Liaison Program (CDLP) was created by the Center for Diversity and Inclusion (CDI) as part of a continuing effort to support residents in their transition from student to MGH trainee. The goals of the program are to provide guidance, as well as well as to help advance the career development of URM trainees.
HMS Office for Diversity and Community Partnership (ODCP) The Office for Diversity and Community Partnership at Harvard Medical School was created to promote increased recruitment, retention and advancement of diverse faculty, particularly underrepresented minority faculty, at Harvard Medical School and to oversee all diversity activities involving Harvard Medical School faculty, trainees, students and staff.
