Farrah A. Belizaire, MS is a graduate of Boston University, where she earned a BS in Health Science in 2011 and an MS in Administrative Studies in 2013 – concentrating in innovation and technology. Prior to joining MGH, Farrah worked in clinical trials recruitment for 5 years, where she led various outreach, marketing and advertising campaigns to enroll special populations into clinical research studies. Alongside her past work in academia and pharma, Farrah is also passionate about building communities for young adults of color and enjoys a hobby in planning events for urban professionals. As program manager, Farrah works with all departments at MGH to support the CDI's mission to promote and advance the careers of physicians and scientists underrepresented in medicine. Farrah supports various initiatives for URM students, residents, fellows and faculty through the planning and implementation of CDI programs, which include special events, outreach to the MGH community, residency recruitment and pipeline initiatives targeting URM college and medical school students.
