These much-needed funds, raised by the runners themselves, fuel innovative pediatric cancer research and help initiate effective new treatments for our patients. Understanding the causes of cancer and improving therapy protocols are just two of the many vitally important ways that your support helps us to enhance the quality and longevity of life for our young patients.

The children treated at Mass General are each fighting their personal race against pediatric cancer, and the Mass General Marathon Team runners plan to keep running until we beat it ... one step at a time.
