Biography

Juliet is the Director of the Harvard Palliative Medicine Fellowship. She joined the Palliative Care Service in 2006 after completing an internal medicine residency at Columbia Presbyterian Hospital in New York City and a palliative care fellowship at MGH. She is involved in academic research and writing on the subjects of patient grief and demoralization, inpatient advanced care planning, and outpatient palliative care practice.

I enjoy dealing with families and knowing the personal histories of my patients. From each meeting, I hope to gain some wisdom and experience so that I can better guide my patients through the process of serious illnessN
