Meridale Vaught Baggett, MD, is a member of the Clinician Educator Service in the Department of Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Assistant Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School.  
She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She completed her Internal MedicineResidency and served as Chief Medical Resident at the University of Washington in Seattle before joining the Inpatient Clinician Educator Service at MGH in 2008.

Her academic interests include bedside teaching, encouraging learners to be active participants in improving systems of care, and leadership development for physicians in training.
