BiographyJennifer Shin, MD is a medical oncologist at the Massachusetts General Hospital specializing in breast cancer.  She is also a specialist in palliative medicine.  She received her undergraduate education at Stanford University and her medical degree at the University of Pennsylvania.  She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital.  She completed a fellowship in hematology-oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship in palliative medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York.  Her specific research interests include quality of life in patients with breast cancer and patient-physician communication.
