FACILTIES AND STAFFING

We are required to maintain staffing in accordance with the Office of Child Care Services regulations.

The staff/child ratios are as follows:

Toddlers - 1 to 4, with 1 additional teacher or assistant for 4 through 9 toddlers.

Preschoolers - 1 to 10, with 1 additional teacher or assistant for 10 through 15 children.

The Toddler Room has 9 children between the ages of 15 and 33 months. The teaching staff is comprised of 1 lead teacher and a full time teaching assistant. The classroom also enjoys having a foster grandmother volunteering in the morning.

Preschool 1 is the largest preschool classroom. The space has the capacity for 15 children between the ages of 33 months, and 5 years of age. The staffing pattern for this room is 1 teacher, a teaching assistant and a foster grandparent volunteer for the morning.

Preschool 2 is the smaller of the two preschool rooms. It has a licensed capacity of 10 children. A teacher will operate the classroom. An assistant is present at various times during the day.

We currently have openings for children 2 years 9 months to 6 years of age. Preference is given to children of Partner's Employees for up to 25% of available enrollment.
