The Partners Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis Center is dedicated to the care of children and adolescents with Multiple Sclerosis and related demyelinating disorders such as acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM), optic neuritis and transverse myelitis. Our staff provides medical, education, psychosocial and rehabilitative support for children with these disorders.  In addition, we are conducting research studies to understand how and why MS and related demyelinating disorders manifest in children. We have recently been selected as one of six Regional Pediatric Multiple Sclerosis Centers of Excellence by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, and are actively involved in national and international clinical and research initiatives.
