Additional Information for Patients
If you are a new patient to MGH, the first step to making an appointment with MGH Neurology is to register as an MGH patient by calling 1-866-211-6588. You may then follow the instructions for either Adult Patient Care, Pediatric Patient Care, or Referring Physicians.
Partners Online Specialty Consultations
Doctors and patients may register to receive online consultations with a specialist at Massachusetts General Hospital or other Partners hospital without coming to Boston. To learn more about the Partners Online Consultations or to register, visit https://econsults.partners.org, go to the “Patients” tab and follow directions. Please note:
- Both doctor and patient must register to have access to the service
- All communication takes place through the website only
- Fees for services are not covered by insurance
- Requires medical records to be submitted in English
- Response time is approximately one week
