Appointments

To inquire about making an appointment in the Dystonia clinic, please call 617-724-9234. The Movement Disorders Unit Coordinator will ask you for general and medical history information and will try to schedule your appointment with the physician who best fits your needs. Appointments at the Clinic are usually scheduled for Wednesdays between one and 4:30 pm.

To request a consult from the Movement Disorders Unit, please ask your primary care physician to complete a Referral Form (PDF) (also available as a MS Word file) and fax it to the Movement Disorders Unit fax number on the form.

Directions

The Dystonia Clinic is located on the 8th floor of the Wang Ambulatory Care Center (WACC). The WACC is on the Massachusetts General Hospital Main campus. The WACC can be reached from the MGH main entrance (take the elevators around the corner to your right just before the pharmacy) or from the WACC main entrance at 15 Parkman Street (take the elevators across the lobby from the main doors).
