Adult Day Center - 617-643-8150 - day program for senior citizens and disabled adults to promote health and independent living

BCCI (Breast and Cervical Cancer Initiative) - free mammogram and PAP smears for income-eligible patients

Health Education Classes- provided by Health Educators and various clinical experts on topics such as CPR, preventive health, parenting and safety

North End Children's Center - 617-643-8007- licensed day care program for children ages 15 months to seven years

Personal Care/ Homemaking - home services including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, shopping and personal care assistance

Shuttle Service - free shuttle bus transportation from the Center to Mass General three times a day

Transportation - 617-643-8089 - van service for both ambulatory and wheelchair-bound individuals; reservations required

Volunteer Services - medical escorts, friendly visits and errand assistance

Youth Outreach Program - ongoing activities for children of all ages to promote leadership, education and self-esteem
