From North of Boston:
1. Take Route 93 South to Exit 28, Charlestown/Sullivan Square
2. Bear left, following signs for Boston via Sullivan Square/Charlestown and bear left up ramp
3. At first set of lights, stay in extreme left lane, following signs for City Square/Constitution Road
4. Take left at second set of lights (skip down to 5.)

From South of Boston: This is constantly changing due to the Big Dig. (Updated 5/30/07)
1. Enter the new Central Artery Tunnel on I93 Northbound, and take Exit 26 (Storrow Drive)
2. Once you are on the exit ramp inside the tunnel, stay in the left lane and exit the tunnel, always remaining in the left lane. Take the left fork when exiting the tunnel. Proceed through the intersection at the traffic light, and turn immediately left and then right at the next traffic light. At this point you should be proceeding over the N. Washington St. drawbridge spanning the Charles River. Enter the right hand lane. You will pass the Museum of Science on your left.
3. Turn right onto Austin Street at the second traffic light at the sign to Charlestown. Cross the John F. Gilmore bridge over the railroad tracks, and turn right at the end of the bridge onto Rutherford Avenue.
4.Turn left at the traffic light onto Constitution Road/Water Street/Chelsea Street as indicated by the small brown National Park Service sign to the USS Constitution/Navy Yard. Before making this left you will see the Charlestown Bridge into Boston just ahead. This intersection also has the entrance to Interstate 93 northbound. Turn left onto Chelsea Street.

5. Go through 3 traffic lights on Chelsea Street
6. Turn right at the fourth traffic light (This is 13th Street)
7. Take first left (5th Avenue)
Parking garage is located on the right.

Building 149 is the 4th building on the right on 13th Street. It is connected to the parking garage across the street by four pedestrian walkways. Walkways are located on all even numbered floors. There is a handicap ramp outside Building 149 on the right side of the building.

Public Transportation:
1. Take Green Line to North Station
2. Once outside North Station, cross Causeway Street.
3. Take free MGH/Partners Healthcare Shuttle Bus to Building 149 (4th stop)
Bus leaves every 15 minutes right outside T stop on Causeway Street, across from the TD Banknorth Garden.

Free Shuttle Bus (From Massachusetts General Hospital)
Weekdays: 6:45 am- 6:00 pm, bus leaves from Jackson Building on Blossom St.
6:15 PM 11:00 PM, bus leaves from Gray Building entrance on Blossom St.
