Biography

Dr. Zachary Peacock practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery, including orthognathic surgery, pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgery, and dentoalveolar surgery including dental implants.   His research interests include orthognathic surgery and benign and malignant pathology of the maxillofacial region.  He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Originally from rural Michigan, Dr. Peacock completed his undergraduate work at Michigan State University before receiving his DMD from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He graduated summa cum laude, ranking first in his class. He then received his MD degree and completed residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of California, San Francisco.

After residency, Dr. Peacock returned to Boston, completing the Mass General Pediatric Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Fellowship.  He is currently an attending oral and maxillofacial surgeon at Mass General and is Assistant Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
