Dr.
Li began the Bioengineering Laboratory in 1998. He has increased the size of
the research team since its relocation to Massachusetts General Hospital in
2003. He is a mentor to students in various departments at MIT and BU including:
mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and physics. His major research
interest is musculoskeletal joint biomechanics.
