David is an internist/rheumatologist who completed his fellowship with the MGH Palliative Care Service. He came from a faculty position as a staff rheumatologist and clinician-educator-administrator at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. After his fellowship, David became Co-Director of the Pain and Palliative Care Service, Division of Psychosocial Oncology and Palliative Care, Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. He is presently an attending physician at the Center for Pain and Palliative Care, Maine Medical Center.
