Pat is a physician in the Pediatric Emergency Department at the MassGeneral Hospital for Children, and a professor of pediatrics at the Harvard Medical School. She has served on state and national committees to help bridge pediatrics and emergency medicine. She enjoys her teaching and mentoring, and has decided to spend a year with the Palliative Care Service as a part-time fellow. She is presently chairing a committee to develop a Pediatric Palliative Care Service at MGH.
