Juliet Jacobsen, MD
Juliet joined the Palliative Care Service after completing a residency in internal medicine at Columbia Presbyterian hospital in New York and a palliative care fellowship at MGH. Before training in internal medicine, Juliet worked for four years as a General Medical Officer in the US Air Force. Juliet is involved in academic writing and teaching on how patients understand and adapt to serious illness. Her interests include patterns of normal coping as well as reactions such as patient grief and demoralization.
