Clinical Interests
Dr. Joshi is focused on the translation of human genetic variation discovery to the clinic. She is interested in heritable cancer predisposition and treatment selection in oncology based on molecular genetics.
In addition, she does research on Noonan syndrome, which is caused by germline mutations in components of the RAS-MAPK pathway. She works to introduce new technologies to improve upon and reduce the cost of molecular diagnostics.
