On-line Electronic Resources for Patient Education

The goal of this class is to provide nurses with the knowledge of how to access on-line patient education resources. The program allows the staff to follow along using their own computer as 12 different resources are reviewed. 2.7 contact hours will be awarded.

Contact Hours:

Massachusetts General Hospital (OH-239/10-1-08) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association (OSN-001-91), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Criteria for successful completion include attendance at the entire event and submission of a completed evaluation form.

The Norman Knight Nursing Center does not accept credit card payments for registration of programs.

Public transportation is strongly recommended to attend continuing education programs. Garages in the vicinity of MGH generally charge approximately $ 40 per day. MGH does not reimburse for parking.
