PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Provider Re-certification Program
This 8 hour session re-certifies staff in Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Current certification in PALS is required for admission to this session with an expiration date no later than 4 months past the renewal date. It is strongly recommended that participants review the Textbook of Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support techniques in advance of the program. Each participant must complete mandatory pre-test, available at The Knight Nursing Center on Founders 3 and hand this in at the beginning of the class. This program awards a certification in PALS. Nursing Contact hours for continuing education are NOT awarded for this program. The cost for the Pediatric Interns is $75.00, free for MGH RN; and all others $110 – Pediatric Residents $45.00.

The Norman Knight Nursing Center does not accept credit card payments for registration of programs.
Public transportation is strongly recommended to attend continuing education programs. Garages in the vicinity of MGH generally charge approximately $ 40 per day. MGH does not reimburse for parking.
