Dynamics: Skills for Success
The demands and complexities of our current work environments pose new challenges that require new skills. In this interactive, experiential workshop, participants will increase their awareness, knowledge and skills in Working with a Multigenerational Workforce, Skilled Negotiating, and Preparing for and Effectively Engaging in Difficult Conversations. Target Audience: Professional staff at all levels of experience. Contact Hours will be awarded.

Massachusetts General Hospital (OH-239/10-1-08) is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association (OSN-001-91), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
Criteria for successful completion include attendance at the entire event and submission of a completed evaluation form. |

Registration Fees: Free for MGH Employees and Students, $50 for Partners Employees, $100 for All Others. |
The Norman Knight Nursing Center does not accept credit card payments for registration of programs.
Public transportation is strongly recommended to attend continuing education programs. Garages in the vicinity of MGH generally charge approximately $ 40 per day. MGH does not reimburse for parking.
