The Norman Knight Nursing Center's vision is to create a professional environment that provides
the resources and supports needed to assist clinicians and other members
of the care team in providing high quality, cost effective care to patients
and families. In addition, The Center seeks to develop professional career
advancement for practicing clinicians at MGH. The Center's programs are
developed, implemented and evaluated to achieve these goals. The following

supports MGH staff in developing the knowledge and skills needed to achieve
