This survey was developed to provide Jeanette Ives Erickson Senior Vice President for Patient Care Services/Chief Nurse and her management team with data around the environment of practice at the Massachusetts General Hospital. Surveys are mailed to all direct care providers throughout Patient Care Services. Based on staff feedback over the years many improvements have been made to keep us focused on being the best place to work and the best place for our patients and families to receive care.
