PATIENT
CARE DELIVERY MODEL
The patient care delivery model is a patient-focused
model providing care that is high quality, comprehensive, accessible,
supportive and personalized. In our pediatric setting we provide a
family centered care delivery model focusing not only on the needs
of the pediatric patient yet the family needs and expectations as
well.
