Diversity Program The Diversity Steering Committee of the PCS Collaborative Governance structure is responsible for the planning and implementation of educational programs and celebratory events which highlight practice competence and organizational contributions of a highly diverse staff caring for a multiethnic and multicultural patient population. PCS InformaticsMGH Retail Shops The MGH Retail Shops, operated by the Ladies Visiting Committee, exist for the convenience of our patients, families and staff. Our goal is to provide a welcoming and easy retail option for our customers. All proceeds from the shops support hospital projects and programs. | Financial Management Systems Patient Care Services (PCS) Financial Management Systems is responsible for the review, analysis and evaluation of management systems and programs within Patient Care Services. The department provides support to the leadership of nursing departments, the clinical therapies and social services to assure effective and optimum utilization of personnel, fiscal and material resources. PCS Financial Management SystemsMedical Interpreters Medical interpreters are available to facilitate communication between non-English or limited-English speaking patients and the MGH staff. Interpreters for deaf and hard of hearing patients may also be booked through the office.
