As daylight savings time ends, many people notice changes in their feelings, energy, and thoughts. They wonder if they might be depressed or have seasonal affective disorder. Seasonal affective disorder is a type of depression that comes and goes as the seasons change. Come join Dr. Gary Sachs for a talk on the differences between normal mood changes and clinical depression. He will also discuss self-management strategies that can help stabilize circadian rhythms related to mood changes.
