New Patients

Step 1: Obtain a physician's referral

A referral from your physician is required to schedule an appointment. Please contact your physician if you need a referral for physical or occupational therapy.

Step 2: Register as a patient

If you have not previously seen a doctor at Mass General or within the Partners Healthcare Network, please call the Mass General Registration & Referral Center to register.

Referring Providers

Partners Providers

If you are a Partners provider and would like to refer a patient for Physical or Occupational Therapy services, please submit an ambulatory referral in Epic.
Please refer to our locations listing for phone numbers and types of services offered.

Please contact our office if you have questions regarding our services or if
your patient has urgent therapy needs.

 

 

 

Non-Partners Providers

If you are outside of the Partners system and would like to refer a patient for Physical or Occupational Therapy, please fax a prescription to 617-726-2957

 

 

 


 

Patient Gateway

Access your Partners Patient Gateway account to view or cancel appointments or to contact your therapist. You are also able to complete new patient forms and questionnaires in advance of your visit.

Things You Should Know

  1. We request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
  2. New patients should arrive in the office 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
  3. Co-pays will be collected for each visit at check-in. We accept checks and credit cards.
  4. Patients may bring their own shorts as they may be expected to change for visits.
