The members are developing dynamic training programs for members of our department to ensure we have a safe environment for our customers

The Customer Service Committee realizes customer service is the most visible aspect of our department and our reputation is built on the perceptions of our customers. The ultimate objective of the committee is to develop new and improved methods that will assist in increasing our reputation as an extraordinary service organization.

The Diversity Committee serves to formally recognize the strength and values that diverse backgrounds bring to the department. The committee members have taken a leadership role in recognizing and respecting the strengths and values of people of different backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs and are committed to ensuring this permeates throughout the organization.

The Functionality Committee is established to review the myriad of functions performed by the department in order to ensure optimal deployment of resources and enhanced productivity.

The Marketing Committee is designed to maximize the ability of our customers to utilize our services while projecting a reputation of excellence and compassion. Police, Security and Outside Services consists of five areas: Security, Parking, Commuter Services, Valet and Photography.
