MGH Chelsea's Adolescent and Pediatric Medicine Unit provides
complete primary care for children from birth to age 22. We see infants, children,
and adolescents for urgent or routine care; we do physical exams for school,
sports, and jobs; provide all recommended immunizations, and offer counseling,
lab tests and X-rays. We help new parents prepare for the birth of their baby
and we see all newborns in the hospital. For adolescents we have a variety
of special medical and counseling services. We can take care of adolescent
parents and their children during the same appointment.
