The Mass General Blue Card is your passport to all of the primary care physicians and services of Mass General. You need your Blue Card in order to receive care at Mass General hospitals and group practices and will be asked to present your Blue Card to the receptionist at all of your appointments.

Registering for the Blue Card is easy! Simply call us toll-free at (866) 211-6588. A staff member will ask you for information such as your name, age, gender, address, and employer's information. We can even help you choose a primary care doctor. Your Blue Card will be mailed to you or will be waiting for you at your first appointment.
